As an online retailer only, we are not always able to hold stock of all items on the website and may need to order your product(s) in to our warehouse or deliver directly to you from one of our suppliers. Lighting stock levels can fluctuate and some products on our website are subject to availability.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 working days. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, customers will be contacted as soon as possible and notified of the expected delivery date
We kindly advise our customers not to book an electrician until their items are delivered. If you require the goods in a set timeframe, call us to get a better indication for the delivery.

Unsuitable goods (even if you change your mind) can be returned within 30 days for a refund. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded - this is a non refundable service)

Online Lighting Shop cannot be liable for any electricians costs due to pre-booked electricians, please check your goods fully prior to booking an installer.
Option One – We Arrange Collection
We schedule a collection with DPD on a day chosen by the customer. This service costs £12, which is deducted from your refund once the item(s) have been returned to us successfully. Unfortunately, DPD are not able to provide us with an ETA for collections. However, the customer can ring their local depot on the day of collection for a more precise timeframe.

Option Two – Customer Arranges Return
The customer takes full responsibility to ship unwanted goods back to us safely and undamaged for a full refund.
Key Notes regarding returning of goods;
All breakages must be reported within the first 1-3 days upon delivery.
In the unlikely case of damages or faults, please contact us directly at sales@onlinelightingshop.com with pictures of the item(s).
Cost of delivery is a non refundable service fee.
Broken glasses or missing components do not class as faulty and replacement parts / glass will be sent.
