How Long Will Delivery Take?

This depends on the product purchased and the location of where the products are to be delivered.

Standard delivery to Ireland or Britain typically takes between 3-10 working days, sometimes this can take longer.

As we are not a lighting showroom we only have the capacity to stock some items, if there is likely to be any delay in your delivery, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.

Do I Need to Create an Account?

Setting up an account is the easiest way to ensure correct and full delivery detailing. This process is only required once, after which you can easily 'log in' for future ordering.

To set up an account, simply follow the process when purchasing. This will take you through a step by step process to register your account. This account information can be changed at any time by 'login in'.

Why Do You Need my Email Address?

An email address is necessary for online purchasing and registering an account with the online Lighting Shop.

All invoices and receipts are sent via email to the address priovided.

What If I Need to Return an Item?

All Return Requests should be emailed to 

Unsuitable goods (even if you change your mind) can be returned within 14 -30 days for a refund. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded - this is a non refundable service)

Can I Collect Goods Directly from You?

No, OLS is an e-commerce shop only, we do not have the option for collection. 

We do not have a showroom or anywhere for customers to visit to collect or return goods in person.
